Introduction: Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common cause of secondary hypertension (510%) and it is underdiagnosed. Less than 50% of patients with PA have hypokalemia. The tests for determinate subtype of PA are cross-sectional imaging (adrenal CT or MRI) and adrenal vein sampling (AVS).
